9:30 a.m.   Wreath Laying Ceremony
Soldiers’ National Monument, Soldiers’ National Cemetery, 97 Taneytown Road.
Visitors can walk through the cemetery along the upper drive to reach the Rostrum.

9:45 a.m.  148th Anniversary of the Gettysburg Address Dedication Day Ceremony
Keynote speaker Stephen Lang will be part of the commemoration ceremonies at the Rostrum in the Soldiers' National Cemetery which also includes Jim Getty as President Lincoln and a Citizenship Ceremony. All events are free and open to the general public. Join us as we commemorate the 148th anniversary of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address
 
10:30 a.m.   U.S. Colored Troops Graveside Salute
Speaker will be Millicent Sparks portraying Harriett Tubman.
 
4:00 p.m.     Gettysburg Addresses Lincoln
Dr. Boritt will share discoveries he made regarding the President's visit to Gettysburg, which he has published in his widely acclaimed book, The Gettysburg Gospel. He will be available afterwards for booksigning.
