Understand the impact that the battle of Hunterstown had on the battle taking place in Gettysburg just a few miles away. Take a special walking tour of the battle sites, engage with living history and understand the full story of the battles during the Gettysburg campaign. Pig roast and barbeque chicken luncheon begins at 12:30 pm.
The 9th annual Walking Tour begins at 11:00 am. Enjoy a U.S. Cavalry demonstration with David S. Miller of The Independent Loudoun County Rangers. Meet the Generals - Brigadier General George Armstrong Custer and General Ulyssess S. Grant, as well as Mrs. Julia Grant.

Follow Roger Harding on a a tour and talk of the historic Tate Farm grounds. See Hunterstown chairmaking demonstrations by Joe Matthews and view artifacts on display by the Hunterstown Historical Society.
Bring your friends, a lawn chair, and a camera and join us for the day. All events are free and open to the public. There will be plenty of free parking at the back of the Tate Farm property.
Directions: Take the Hunterstown Exit off Route 15, follow signs to Hunterstown, approximately 1 mile on the right. Parking is located at the back of the Tate Farm.
