Marching Orders: A Tour for the Whole Family

AttenTION!! Muster the whole family for this battlefield experience with Licensed Battlefield Guide Christina Moon. Explore the battlefield, learn how to load your musket, march, fire cannon and defend your position. Get a glimpse into the life of a soldier at the Battle of Gettysburg in a way that will engage even the youngest of history buffs.
This tour welcomes children of all ages and is ideal for first-time visitors and those who are looking for an interactive look at the Battle of Gettysburg. There will be a moderate amount of walking but plenty of hands-on activities along the way.
This tour is offered on Sunday, May 26, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. with repeat tours on Thursday, July 4, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m, and Sunday, September 1, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Meet LBG Moon at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center 15 minutes prior to tour time.
